Welcome to the Wellbeing and Resilience online learning pages. Individual and organisational wellbeing is really important at D&A, we strive to make it part of our culture and our wellbeing work is underpinned by the College’s five values: inspiration; innovation; trust; respect; and success.
Managing wellbeing is different for everyone, and it is everyone’s own responsibility. At D&A, we aim to support your wellbeing by offering a range of training, support and benefits which will help you maintain your physical, social, financial and mental wellbeing.
