Welcome to the Wellbeing and Resilience online learning pages. Individual and organisational wellbeing is really important at D&A, we strive to make it part of our culture and our wellbeing work is underpinned by the College’s five values: inspiration; innovation; trust; respect; and success.
Managing wellbeing is different for everyone, and it’s everyone’s own responsiblity. At D&A, we aim to support your wellbeing by offering a range of training, support and benefits which will help you maintain your physical, social, financial and mental wellbeing.
Digital wellbeing considers the impact of technologies and digital services on people’s mental, physical and emotional health.
By the end of this course you will know what equality, diversity and inclusion are – as well as why you NEED to know.
This course has been created to provide an insight into what grit is and how you can become more grittier.
This short course will provide an insight in to what growth mindset is, how you can both develop and use your mindset to achieve your desired ambitions and goals.
This course has been designed to provide you with a basic introduction to mindfulness.
This course has been designed to teach you about resilience and provide you with the key skills to manage in the fast paced world.
This course will support you by, initially, helping you to identify signs of stress and then offer techniques and strategies that might help you to cope.
